An Unfamiliar Place

"You should not be here," the tilken in front of you says.

Her voice is gravelly, as if she is struggling to produce the words, but she stands tall. Despite her stance, you can tell that she is old. Older than any tilken you've met before. You can see her age in her drooping-yet-piercing eyes and in her greying, scarred scales that barely reflect the stars.

The stars. They don't seem familiar. Where are you? How did you get here?

"I will show you the way home," she continues before you can respond. "I need no payment, but for the promise that you help me in the future, should I require it."

You can't quite tell if that sounds helpful or ominous.

Either this page doesn't exist yet, or it's currently set to private and you don't have permission to view it.

Maybe I'm even working on it right this second, and I've set it to private while I fiddle so it doesn't look all jumbled in the meantime.
