A creature with this trait is a member of the Ologniyan Catfolk ancestry. Ologniyans share a lot of traits with other anthromorphic cats in any given multiverse. What makes them stand out, however, is their ability to manipulate those around them with ease, leaning on biological advantages to supplement skill. In a way, they share much with Amurran catfolk, but with luck and curiosity replaced with Human-like cunning.
These catfolk, on their home plane, run an empire that rivals that of humans and other more common ancestries. They do this with their fellow catfolk, the Akiniyans.
