Term: Armor HP

Armor HP is a form of HP given by some, often heavier, armors, some features, or some spells. It gives a pool of hit points that, although small, absorbs damage and replenishes at the end of every combat or Swift Rest.This seperate Hit Point pool is tracked differently from your normal HP and, if you gain any, your Temporary HP.

When you take damage, you reduce your Armor HP first, before your regular Hit Points. If you have Temporary HP, you may choose which is subtracted first.

 

Armor HP is also ignored by Poison⚙️ damage.
