You are strangely capable of sprinting across water and other surfaces, which would normally be impossible.

If you use a Rush Action| ◈◈ against a liquid surface, like water, lava, or oil, you treat it as solid ground as long as you are running. You start sinking at the end of your turn, or when your run is interrupted. Successfully Jumping in the middle of, or toward the end of, the Rush is done at disadvantage. If there is no check, you jump at half height/length.

This talent includes watery surfaces at angles or that are verticle (for the sake of Tracer and similar talents). You are still touching the liquid in order to move across it incurring any appropriate penalties (such as damage from lava).

At character level 10, you do not need to Rush to gain the benefits of this Talent.

Prerequisites

Proficiency in a Athletics.
