You gain a Background Feature from a Background that typically provides Charisma (such as Barkeep or Noble). At 7th character level, can gain a mechanical feature/talent associated with those backgrounds, as long as it grants an ability or another common feature.
Prerequisites Proficiency in Diplomacy or Knowledge: Society.
