Inspiring Performer

Your words, moves, or performance inspire others to be and do better. When you finish any Rest (Swift, Short, or Long), you can make a speech or performance corresponding to a Perform skill you are trained in. Those who witness your performance gain a number of special Inspiration Dice equal to your Half-Proficiency These Inspiration Dice take the form Bonus Dice (base d4) that can be applied to any roll (Checks, damage rolls, death saving throws, etc), though they can only be applied once. Leftover dice expire after you or someone else uses this feature again, or at the start of a Long Rest.
