Throughout the game, there are various creatures that join the player or players on their adventurers. From small critters that act as surrogates for one's inner power, to great beasts that act as steeds to those who can handle them. This page is dedicated to depicting them all and how they scale with the player character.
There are three common kinds of follower creature. Familiars, Companions, and Mounts.
Follow the chart accordingly when it comes to keeping track of a follower creature's statistics.

Attribute Scores
The creature's Attributes. Some creatures can have a stat equal their master's, altering their abilities, attacks (such as gaining more STR). Companions can mix and match attribute numbers (for instance, swapping a player's +5 INT for STR). Does not alter Skills and Saves due to double dipping.
Proficiency Bonus
Skills and Saves
Creature's skills and saves. Use whichever one is higher between the player's or creature's. Is not altered by increased attribute scores due to scaling with player's scores.
