You're lucky, and it seems to help you whenever you or your allies need it. You have a pool of points equal to Half-Proficiency +1. This pool is made up of Luck Points. Luck Points are a special kind of Resource Point that can be used on any point-based ability or feature, give you advantage or inflict disadvantage on another creature by spending a luck point. You regain expended Luck Points at the end of a Long Rest.
