Item Description

A Blank Map that's been filled and used. Whether or not it is accurate is up for debate, but it can be used to help find one's way while Navigating
A Surveyed Map will have a name next to it corresponding to a region or place, if it is not a general map or an Atlas. The map provides a permanent Bonus Dice (base d4) to all checks made while exploring the area it is tied to. If it is an Atlas or general map, it gives a +1 bonus instead.
Producing a Map from a blank requires a Short Rest and a relevant skill check (such as Navigation vs DC 20 + region's difficulty + rarity). A GM may alter this DC as they see fit.
