This container (a backpack, a pouch, etc) appears like an ordinary container from the outset. However, when placed on solid ground and a command word is spoken (which takes 3 actions / ◈◈◈), the item grows in size into a 20 ft x 20 ft x 10 ft sized dwelling, akin to a small cottage or lodge. The outside can be decorated to look however the attuner wishes, but the outside size is always the same. The abode can be returned to it's original size by speaking the command word once more while outside.
The inside of the abode is bigger than the outside, being equal to 20 x 20 x 10 ft plus an additional 10 x 10 x 5 ft per extra Bulk the original container could hold. By default there is only one floor, but the attuner may convert any amount of space to an additional floor (minimum 10 x 10 x 10 ft per floor) by speaking the command word while inside.
The abode can hold furniture and other items (and even automatically store and sort them in chests if fed into the container's mouth in it's smaller form), but the container's bulk increases by 0.01 Bulk per item (or bundle of items, for bulding materials), no matter the item's original weight, and will weigh up to the container's original maximum bulk. Furthermore, other items with the Extradimensional trait cannot be brought into the abode, being magically booted out the abode's front door, even if they are teleported inward. Finally, all creatures are equally booted if the abode reverts back to a container.
As a container, it can store any item placed in it's mouth, but the item cannot be retrieved until it turned into a structure.
The default container for an Adventuring Haven is a
Backpack, which can hold up to 10 Bulk (~50 kg / ~100 lbs), with an inside of 100 x 100 x 50 ft.
