Incredible Initiative	When combat starts, you react more quickly than others. In time, it can rub off on others. You gain a Numerical Bonus to your combat initiative rolls, equal to 1 + your Half-Proficiency (minumum 2). When you reach Character Level 11, this bonus affects your allies, as long as they are within 120 ft of you. You and your allies can only benefit from one of these talents.
