Expeditious Search

You have a system that lets you search at great speed, finding details and secrets twice as quickly as others. When you use your Perception or Appraise skills to search a given area or locate a specific object, you gain Advantage on the check as long as it is not a situation that involves combat. While in combat, you may use your Passive Perception for and checks involving the listed skills, rather than 'roll'. You gain a +5 Numerical Bonus to this roll, to account for Advantage.
