You are ever observant. You may add your +5 to your Passive Perception and Appraise skill checks, doing so as a Numerical Bonus. Additionally, if you can see a creature's mouth while it is speaking a language you understand, you can interpret what it's saying by reading its lips. When you’re at your leisure, you can do this automatically. In encounters or when attempting a more difficult feat of lipreading, you’re considered Off-Guard during each round in which you focus on lip movements.
