| Prescient Planner | You regularly create convoluted plans and contingencies, using your resources to enact them ahead of time. Using 3 action / ◈◈◈, you remove an item from your backpack/pack/inventory you hadn’t previously declared that you purchased, intuiting you would need it and purchasing it at the last opportunity. The item must have the Adventuring Gear trait, and can only be a rarity of Basic or Common. Furthermore, the item’s Item Power Level cannot be higher than your Character Level, and the Magic Power Level must be 0. Its weight must also be low enough that carrying it wouldn’t have made you encumbered, though the GM may waive this if the resource was accounted for. After presenting or using the item, you deduct the gold cost from your current amount. You cannot use this talent again until you finish a Short Rest. You can also only use this talent if you’ve been to a place to purchase goods within the last week. At Character Level 7, the item can be of Uncommon rarity. At Character level 13, the item can be of Rare. At Character level 18, the item can be Exotic. |
