You can laugh, a haunting laugh that instills misery in your foes. Added Arcanum: Hideous Laughter is added to your Spell Library or your Spell Repertoire. It is always prepared/known to you. Passive Effect: Once per round you may Sustain | ◈ an ability as a Free Action | ◇. Additionally, once per Long Rest, also as a ◇, if a creature would Fail a saving throw against one of your Abilities that are rank 1 or higher, you may have them Critically Fail instead.
