CT: Bewitching Whispers

Bewitching Whispers	You speak to the soul of a creature, compelling it to do your bidding, even if its host does not. Added Arcanum: Message and Compulsion are added to your Spell Library or your Spell Repertoire. It is always prepared/known to you. Passive Effect: The Compulsion spell does not require Concentration⚙️, and you can command the affected creature to endanger itself, such as running off a cliff or into an inferno. Additionally, you can use Compulsion at its lowest spell rank without expending resources or material components once per Short Rest.
