Across a human's relatively short lifespan, they can experience so much more than others. Those lucky enough to travel and bring their experiences back home tend to seem like people from whole other worlds at times.

You Might...

• Be a bit cynical when someone shows you something that is new to them, but mundane to you.
• Have an odd collection of words, phrases, and quirks you picked up from elsewhere.
• Have likely seen it all before.

Others Probably...

• Think you're on your high horse, having visited other places they may not understand.
• Lean on you for information involving a subject that is way out of their depth.
• Believe you live a double life with how you're able to acclimate between worlds. They may even be right.

You lived another life before, and started adventuring a little ways after others started. It hasn't slowed you down at all and, infact, has given you a broader perspective. You gain a Background of your choice, as if you had gained it from the Involved Background General Talent. You can still gain that talent while having this Heritage. You may choose, and gain, a Background of your choice, gaining one of the Primary Skills it offers, as well as both Secondary Skills and/or Languages it has. Additionally, you gain one of the Skill Talents associated with it, and your choice between its Inspiration Feature its Background Feature. If you gain this talent at level 1, you also add all the items associated with the background to your inventory At character level 4, you gain the other Primary Skill and Background/Inspiration feature you didn't pick. At character level 10, you gain another skill talent associated with that Background. You cannot gain the Adventurer with this talent. As this talent is tied to a heritage, it cannot be regained or swapped, unless under specific circumstances.
