BGF: Runner of the Streets

Runner of the Streets

Your life among the 'lesser' folk have given you unique insights, and methods of adapting, to life in towns and urban areas. Although all urban centers are different, from the people to the size, you're able to quickly adapt to and enlist the help of people like you or who you used to be.

At any given moment, when "Opposing Forces" is involved (usually the law, those in political positions of power, or those who follow authority a little too well you may silently signal up to 1d6 onlookers. The disenfranchised, the poor, and even some commonfolk who share your views will oblige, doing what they can to waylay or distract those "opposing forces". They will only be waylaid by up to 1d6 minutes (less, if the GM wishes so), but it may give you and your allies a chance to escape or find what you need. A check may be needed to enhance or flavor this effect, but that is at the GM's discretion.

Additionally, you're able to find your way through cities much easier. You can travel up to twice as fast in areas considered urban in nature, at the GM's discretion.
