You know a guy. Or girl. A person, at the very least, that helps you acquire or or get rid of things, be it information or something special. They're a part of a network linked to the underground or underworld, and in that kind of environment, they thrive. Most importantly, though, they're you're friend (probably)...and you know how to get hold of them.

The rapport you have with your friend spans great distances (within reason, according to your GM), and as long as you're able to provide, they can provide for you. All told, if you and GM decided to be more spicy with your Calrissian friend, well...keep in mind that the dangers of keeping potential enemies close.
