Matters of Curiosity

You're out of your element. While that may make some anxious, your exposure to new experiences, and those experiences' exposure to you, offer new ways of seeing the world.

You attract positive attention to the open minded and the interesting. People often ask or comment (politely) about your accent, mannerisms, or culture, and you often know what to say or do to express such in an interesting way. Mechanically, this means that people may defer to you for subjects they think you may know about, or overlook off-color things you may say. Both lead to better standings with certain folk, and/or an exchange of ideas for the usual suspects (information, shelter, etc).

Likewise, your curiosity is one of your closest companions, often being able to look for slight nuances or details about a culture that may be similar to you, or wildly foreign. As such, this feature allows you to trade stories for what you may need. As long as the GM finds it interesting.
