You regain all of your expended Power Points when you finish a Swift Rest, rather than a [Short Rest.

Additionally, choose a number of your Primary Skill or Secondary Skill you’re trained in, equal to your Proficiency Bonus.

You gain Expertise with those skills, doubling the proficiency bonus gained when using those skills. If you already had Expetise for that skill, you gain a Bonus Dice (base d4) to the roll instead.
