Your innate connection to stone makes you adept at moving across uneven surfaces. You can ignore normal Difficult Terrain caused by stone (such as rubble or gravel) and uneven ground made of stone and earth. Additionally, your Athletics and Acrobatic skill checks involving dealing with dangerous stonework (such as chasms, uneven ground, navigating plumes of lava, etc) are made at advantage. Finally, if you would roll a success on these checks, you gain a critical success (if applicable) instead. If you already have proficiency in those skills, you add a bonus dice (base d4) to those checks instead.
