AT: Power of True Ice

Power of True Ice	Ancient, powerful magic runs through your veins, coming from a source beyond your Material Plane. It may be a legacy of a powerful evil, or the machinations of a power fabled witch. Nom matter the origin, it manifests in you with powerful results, as it always seems to pick humans for this kind of power. You gain damage resistance to Cold damage if you didn't already, and gain further damage reduction equal to your proficiency bonus (this stats with other sources). You also learn your choice of a Cold ability of 3rd to 6th rank. You choose the casting ability of this spell, and once per Long rest you can use this ability without using resource points or spell slots.
