Draconic Resistance	You posses a fairly resistant set of scales, thanks to your progenitor and your own minature Affinity Core. You gain Damage Resistance to the element from one of your Draconic Progenitor common features, if you have it. If you gain damage resistance to that type from elsewhere, you gain Damage Reduction equal to Half-Proficiency + 1 to it instead.
