Your rolls for Death Saving Throws and against effects that would outright kill you, you gain a permanent # bonus equal to your health per level from your Ancestry, Background, Class, or Feats, and a bonus dice (base d4) For example, a Rockstone Dwarf gains a + 3 + 1d4 to all Death saves.
