You’ve learned techniques first devised by your ancestors, which allows you to thrive in massive armors. You may ignore Armor Strength Requirements for wearing Armor (mostly on Heavy Armors), and you may ignore the Dexterity limits from Medium Armor You must still be proficient in the armor to wear those armors. If you gain this benefit from another effect, increase your Movement by 5ft while wearing the appropriate armor.
