Elusiveness	While elves are durable, many are quite quick, avoiding otherwise fatal blows by a hair's breadth. Once per Swift Rest, after an attack hits you, you may have that attack suffer a Penalty Dice (base d4) to hit you, potentially turning that attack into a miss You do this as a Reaction / ⮌. At character level 9, you can do this as a Free Action / ◇.
