You recall the stars’ predictions about your current situation, influencing the fortune of those around you. As a Free Action / ◇, you may roll a 1d8 . Depending on the result, you may apply a Bonus Dice or a Penalty Dice (base d4) to a skill check, save, or attack roll originating from you or another creature within 30 ft. You apply the effect after you see the result. Once used, the effect immediately ends. On a result of 6, 7, or 8, you apply a bonus dice +1 . On a 3, 4, or 5,, you can apply only a bonus dice. On a 2, you gain nothing. On a 1, you can apply a penalty dice. You may do this an amount of times per Swift Rest equal to Half-Proficiency + 2. There is no limit to using this on yourself, but other creatures can only be affected by this effect once per Long Rest.
