AAT: Quicken Ritual

Quicken Ritual	You're able to quicken ritual abilities without spending as many resources. When you use an ability with the Ritual trait, you can use it as a Free Action | ◇, using it's effect immediatelly. Other resources must still be expended when using said ability.
Prerequisites Character Level 1	Cost: 1▣ Restrictrions: Must be able to use abiities that are of Exotic Complexity
