AAF: Transmute Ability, Lightning

Transmute Ability, Lightning	When you use an ability and is has a damage component, you may change half (rounded up) or all the damage to Lightning. The ability loses it's other damaging traits if fully overwritten, and it gains the Lightning Trait.
Prerequisites Character level 1	Cost: 1 for full or half Restrictions: Once per ability. Can be used with another Transmute Augment Ability feat.
