AAF: Quicken Ability

Quicken Ability	You hasten an ability, spending different resources to make it's usage or cast sudden. When you use an ability, reduce it's action usage by 1. This abilities whose actions are reduced to 0 makes them free actions. If used on Abilities with the Ritual Trait while using them as a Ritual, the ability costs 0 and it's cast time becomes instant / 1 action.
