The realm of Oxomar is located on the plane of Bitu, along with the realm of Avalon and other, unexplored realms. Oxomar was opened up to settlement in the first year of the Great Design, (1 AD). Since then, many peoples from many planes have come to Oxomar seeking freedom and opportunity.
