Kormias the Azure

Founder and leader of the new goblin kingdom that has put most of the surrounding human settlements on notice. Thankfully his current ambitions are not on conquest but on dredging up magic items and artifacts buried deep with the The World Spine.
Raised as a member of the shaman class, his training covered a wide array of skills needed to survive the rough and chaotic world. Goblin shaman are expected to be capable of any task needed for the benefit of the tribe, covering topics such as knifeplay, diplomancy, divine magic, arcane magic, tracking, healing herbs, and other survival techniques.
The world is hectic, increased number of troops from multiple kingdoms in the area from minor lords seeking to carve out a bigger piece of kingdom for themselves. But from the chaos Kormias saw opportunity. Destruction is not simly the end, it is change. Wealth, lands, and existing infrastructure were ripe for the picking, this is true. But Kormias saw something greater, something beyond constant raids. Something permanent.
He seeks to combine the lessons he saw from empire and apply it in a manner suited for the goblin tribes and to unite them under his claw. And in this he succeeded completely, dubbed Latrium's Failure by the Foere Empire. The Overking personally lead the forces against the Huun to the east, but he and his dragon mount can only be in one place at once. And so it was, and still is, the edges of his empire remain unprotected. And Kormias claimed a piece for his goblin tribe.
Kormias is focued on turning his military victories into economic power and to do that he needs knowledge. Knowledge of the human kingdoms, their wants and needs so he may provide it to them and intertwine the kingdom's fates. The notice has been put out, if you bring him valuable books or knowledge he pays a price more fair than the great ibraries of Bard's Gate.
