  This spell creates a Large decapitated snake, which erupts from the ground and grapples a creature you specify within its 5-foot reach.
  The specified creature is the target of a Combat Maneuver Check made to Grapple each round at the beginning of your turn, including the round that this spell is cast. As a Standard Action, you can command the snake to release its Grappled target and direct it to attack a different creature within reach.
  When determining the snake's CMB, it uses your Caster Level as its Base Attack Bonus and receives a +4 bonus due to its Strength and a +1 Size Modifier.
  The snake does not provoke Attacks of Opportunity.
  If the snake succeeds in grappling a foe, that foe takes 1d6+4 points of damage and gains the Grappled condition. Grappled opponents cannot move without first breaking the Grapple. All other movement is prohibited unless the creature breaks the Grapple first.
  The snake receives a +5 bonus on Grapple checks made against opponents it is already grappling, but cannot move or pin foes.
  Each round that the snake succeeds on a Grapple check, it deals an additional 1d6+4 points of damage. The CMD of this spell, for the purposes of escaping the Grapple, is equal to 10 + its CMB.
  The snake created by this spell cannot be damaged, but it can be dispelled as normal. The space the snake occupies is considered Difficult Terrain while it lasts.
