Room of Christmastide Metaninaite Crystals
The Room of Great Christmastide Metaninaite Crystals, is the only room within the Cavern. It holds the Christmas Crystals.
According to folklore, the Metaninaite Crystals were formed centuries ago when a comet, shimmering with festive colors, passed close to the Earth. As the comet traveled, it rained down crystalline fragments that landed in a secluded valley. Over time, these fragments grew into magnificent crystals, each one resonating with the joyous spirit of Christmas.
AUTHOR NOTE: While this isn't a true legend, it truly fits into my world so well that I am leaving it here as this legend can be told to people before learning where the crystals come from.
The Metaninaite Crystals are not only visually stunning but also possess unique properties that enhance the festive atmosphere:

As you have heard about two preventative security measures, let us continue talking about the safety and security of this cavern.
Room as Secured Location
The Cavern of Great Christmas Crystals is one location considered to be of vital importance {to Christmas Magic} and cannot legally exist on maps or in official documents due to its' purpose. This security measure helps to ensure that its’ exact location remains undiscovered by people seeking to harm the Light.
Access to Room
Another security measure is limited access to Cavern.
There is a list titled “The Cavern Access List”. This list, that was added to in 1935, includes Mrs. Claus, all member of Guardians and members of the Great Christmas Parliament. It is possible to include other people and update the list although it may take several visits before the Yetis get used to someone new having access.
While most elves have seen the cavern at least once in their lives, most of them just don’t go inside. They are allowed to, just don’t feel the need to. The parliament members go in more often than elves.
