Magic Rebirth Divination

The Magic Rebirth Divination, also known as The Return of Ancient Power Prophecy, is the second prophecy and is what truly confirms Baxrter to be a person of special siginficance. It is obvious he has a key role to play if he so chooses to be part of Ancient Power. Both prophecies have said this.

With power more enormous by far, it soon will be Earth's finest hour. Afterwards, discoveries are uncovered.

Both prophecies are only common knowledge to all thirteen Guardians and Gertrude Claus. However, each will normally be shared to the leaders. Sadly, they are no longer here and left all leadership duties to the thirteen.
The two prophecies are then decided to simply exiat until Baxter matures and they can ask him to come up. Unexpectedly, his parents died and they thenc hose to wait until later. Nicholas would end up choosing the date as only then would it be a win-win situaition. Least it was more possible.

Historical Basis

While there is a historical basis for new Guardians to join, it had been huindreds of years since one had been chosen.
For one to be chosen now is something miraculous! An historical event in the magical world as there had to be something else in play!
So, there is and there is not any historical basis for what is happening. The only conclusion one could reach is that Baxter is a major event in the annals of history. Although the Guardians do not know the exact detais.
