Department of Reindeer Operations
The Department of Reindeer Operations (DRO) is the department that oversees the caretaking and training of the Christmas Reindeer - Flyers as well as care for all animals within Santa's Realm (the Polar Horses and Polar Unicorns mainly). It is also responsible for overseeing the hardworking Reindeer Husbandry Elves who dedicate themselves to this department.
Within the stables (Christmas and Claus Animal Residences), teams of elves work to provide the care and excellence all animals in the Valley deserve.
As already disclosed in the above-mentioned article, Santa’s Main S-1 Teamand their families each has a team of workers that feeds, trains, and grooms them.
Other reindeer have their groups.
These elves all have different names.
Caretaker Elves groom and feem them. Trainers train them. Doctors ensure they remain happy and healthy for years to come.
The spacious stalls are comfortable with the straw bedding and some gentle lighting.
