Junior Senator Tiom Deïs Mukh

Junior Senator Tiom is an ambassador from the Congress of Stom to the Amnari Alliance. His first visit to Amin Duum was made in the High Summer of 4635 AA/SA, when members of the Amnari Alliance were investigating an explosion at the small outreach clinic at Reinkäyl. His initial role was to provide support to the Amnari in uncovering the perpetrators behind the plot.

Family Ties

Tiom belongs to House Mukh, one of the six most promenant houses controlling the Stomish Senate and Congress. As a minor member of the extended House, he was not expected to play a leading role in Stomish politics. Intead, once his education was complete, he was expected to join a minor organisation in order to develop a reputation. Tiom reputedly attempted to join one of the Stomish military factions, but was turned down.

Eventually, Tiom's father arranged for him to join The Outreach Educational Organisation, which provides education and healthcare resources along the southern Stomish border to nomadic ethnic groups like the Tagluk. Despite his initial reluctance, this provided Tiom with an opportunity to advance within an organisation without the notice of the other Houses. It also gave him an insight into areas generally ignored by the Congress, and even his own family, where it might be possible to gain power.
