House Irlingstar
This Waterdhavian noble house isn't all that invested in trade itself, but rather in the means to do so. They run the caravans and invest heavily in shipbuilding. This is also why they consider Selûne to be their patron deity. And it has led to contacts in several port cities along the Sword Coast - especially Luskan.
Structure
Lord Hulraven Irlingstar and his wife Nael Irlingstar are getting quite old and have no children of their own. The next in line is instead Khralver Irlingstar who is currently a resident of Luskan and has shown no interest in moving to Waterdeep.
