Beorunna's Well
The ancestral mound of the Black Lion and Red Tiger tribes of Uthgardt barbarians lies deep in the Druarwood. It is a cavern, partially open from above.
Beorunna is said to have been a formidable warrior who once fought a demon here. At the final moments of the battle, the ground caved beneath the combatants, forming this cavern. At least according to legend. The Uthgart came across it and found what is believed to be Beorunna's bones next to a pool made by a hot geyser in a corner of the space and it was dubbed 'Beorunna's Well.
There is a 120 feet drop from the hole in the ground to the small groove growing at the centre of the cavern where the sun can still reach. The tribes have tied ropes from tree stumps on the surface to allow acccess. At the bottom there is an altar for each tribe where they sacrifice woodland creatures and let them rot.
