Smithereens

The Dwarven city, Smithereens, is the official Dwarf home base, and it is a vibrant underground city of winding alleys and forges.
It has deep forges manned by the dwarves that turn the raw materials from Zater 9NQ5 into Zarellion Steel that is used to craft elite weapons, armor, and spaceships.
Some dwellings are carved into the sides of the caverns, while other homes are built on the cavern floor. There are tunnels that connect the different caverns, and an outsider could easily get lost without a map or guide.
Like on any planet, “generic” dwellings are for the masses, while the Elite or upper classes have more elaborate structures built. Architects are always coming up with new and exciting structures, like the ‘add-ons’ that allow the inhabitants to have multi-story or split-level type structures built.
During the colder periods, hot air is fanned up the tunnels to heat the dwellings for the masses.
