The Independent City of Tifwado is the cultural center of the Westerly Union. It is ran by a multi-species council of representatives. In addition to being known for it's use of magitek and world class zoo, Tifwado is the hometown of Alykin, champion of the Devil Wars. And the hometown of the Alykin Heroes & Adventurers League (AHA League).
