Kyvandros - The Shimmering Emperor.
Who would be so bold to enter MY domain unannounced?The greatest and oldest of subterranean dragons. Kyvandros crawled into the Shimmering depths fifty years past, and has now claimed this as it's domain and protects ferociously against any fortune seekers or adventurers. He razed the entire of house Vivissliths once profitable mining operation, leading to their financial ruin that had all its assets invested in the deep mining, and leading to the complete collapse of a number of merchant guilds. He also tends to attack any others that try setting up mines close to its realm. Having manipulated many primitive creatures, and other smaller wyrms he proclaimed himself "The Shimmering Emperor", striking fear and loathing into all those that dare defy his sovereignty. The Emperor clearly has a clear distaste for beings with a sentient nature that do not bow to his will, not trusting them. Preferring to kill them before they can do any harm. Those that are more bestial weak willed, whom willingly submit to the creature are permitted to reside in its domain. Some explores who claim to have survived the encounter suggest you can beseech an audience with the monarch of the depths, others simply dismiss this as the babbling of madmen. The Emperors presences has crippled any and all crystal mining operations that now jeopardises the very safety of Rie'shae, who uses crystals mined to re-attune and strengthen it's great warding stones that guard the city and hold back the taint of the sea of spores from spreading any further.
