Neomenia

Worshipers of the moon goddess Kiana, the Neomenia finds worshipers in all those that feel shunned by the day. Those who prefer the soft kiss of the night and the light of the moon.
Mostly a fringe and outlawed organization as it has been associated with a number of Were-creatures and strange occult practices.
The followers of Kiana, are often described as a "cult" by more grounded religions and institutions. The followers of this goddess believe that she will bless the lands with her gaze and bring about a bridge between the worlds in which they can be free of the constraints of the day. 

Based mostly deep in the Shiverpeak's, temples to these worshipers can be found anywhere the night is long and the rule of law is lax.
