Structure
Potent Potions is a company that has recently been sweeping the potions market. Started in 1902 as a place to buy rare or expensive potions, the current President (Wres Kirnt) has decided that it's time to take further control of the market. With his dedicated chief executive officer, chief marketing officer, and the head of the newly created R&D department, this solid quartet has been overpowering almost every other company to get what they want and making white-tipped waves in finance.
Culture
The company prides itself on its fair hiring practices, and many of the photographs they use in their marketing campaign show beings of different backgrounds working together.
In fact, during the race riots of 1954 and for the anniversary afterwards, they make a point to show beings from "combative" backgrounds working together. [Dwarf & Gargoyles, Vampires & Werewolves, Phoenix & Siren, etc.).
The people that work there agree that the company values benefit individuals, but there are others from outside the company that argue these are simply company spokesmen masquerading as employees, and that any videos or pictures have been staged.
Public Agenda
The public agenda of Potent Potions is, as publicly declared: "To empower others so they can be the truth of who they are."
Assets
Potent Potions is listed as the #9 most profitable business in Treford and is quickly climbing the list (last year they were not even in the top 100).
Current assets show that the parent company, Potent Potions, has five subsidiaries under their name, a newly built R&D building (to the tune of $1.2 million), and has 23 new potions under trademark.
History
The company Ye Potent Potions was founded in 1902 as a small two-partner organization in the spare bedroom, with one partner taking care of getting ingredients and preparing some of them while the other partner prepare the rest and bottled the potions.
In the mid 1930s they rebranded the name of the company, losing the "ye" part since they wanted to be seen as modern; Potent Potions was becoming a household name in the town it had formed in. 1945 saw the company move to Treford. Once there, they built their first building (previous ones had been rented) and they put plans in for their building to be added on to by preemptively buying the lots surrounding it.
The 2000s saw a business sense being revitalized - the company had been working on steadily growing, but now reached out to markets they had normally shyed away from. This proved to be a negative effect for the company, and at the end of 2020 they were struggling to keep all of their businesses in the black.
In the beginning of the 2030s, the new president took action to prevent the company from sliding into bankruptcy. He sold business that he didn't see fitting into the company, and spent that money to make sure the companies were comfortable, welcoming, and good places to work at (the money was invested in medical insurance, an expansion to HR, etc.).
Currently, Potent Potions has catapulted its way onto the top 10 profit making businesses in Treford.
Agriculture & Industry
Potent Potions has three farms they hold stock in. One of these farms focuses on animals, and this is where they get any ingredients that are animal based, from chicken feathers to horse hair to goat horn shavings. With the horses they also feature riding lessons while most of the other animals are kept as a type of petting zoo for small children. Sometimes they have rarer animals as well, such as peacocks and lamas.
The two other farms are cultivation farms. As the need of fruits and vegetables are too big to grow everything wanted on only two pieces of property, these farms focus on herbs and spices. The racks of potted plants are tall and on a conveyor belt for picking, allowing workers the ability to either stand or sit as they wish. Depending on the potion's requirement, specialized employees may be called upon to harvest during specific times of the day, night, or season to get the most potency.
Trade & Transport
Products are transported, at least with Potent Potions, via electric vehicles and using a combination of spells and technology to keep items hot, cold, dry, wet, or in any such combination. Going from either the farms to HQ, to from HQ out to any of the smaller selling branches of the company, mostly the highways are used (either on land on in the sea), or in rare cases, planes. However, at this time, Potent Potions is not international and has pretty much stayed to the east side of the coast.

Potent Potions HQ is the place where most decisions are made. The building is one of the smallest on the grounds. However, the grounds holds buildings for making potions and for R&D. Potent Potions Productions is the name of the building that makes the potions, and so that is the area that is at the heart of the transportation hub.
Major Imports
Potent Potions still imports its potionware (glass, plastic, wood, and sometimes even stone, depending on what the potion needs). All items that can be imported domestically are done so, with the exception of those items more potent from outside sources (wasabi is still more potent when grown in Japan, though some of the farm-based R&D employees still have no idea why).
