The Andinian Arms
The Andinian arms is a sword, shield, dagger and bow set bestowed upon King Magnus Hackonson as a gift by the mother of current Andinian Queen, Queen Amelda Rosalina Capriette.
The set is made from Andinian glass, something only workable by the trained master smiths of Andinia.
This was given as a gift after the Kingdom of Enther defended Andinia from a southern invasion from The Imperial Cities of Iphis.
This gift created a life long friendship between the Hackonson family and the Capriette dynasty. their children and grandchildren would also become friends with Queen Amelda's son, Mando, living in Montheus for two years when he was a youngling.
Manufacturing process
As with all andinian smithing, the actual technique of using andinian glass is unknown to all but the greatest smiths of Andinia. Many have tried to melt down their weapons to work with the raw material but no amount of fire has been able to do so.
Significance
Not only are the weapons themselves a masterwork of andinian glass, they also symbolise the ongoing friendship between the Hackonson family and the Capriette dynasty.
The sword itself is meant as a nod to the Enther Sword, the great weapon wielded by King Matheus, Hero of Enther. As this sword was lost at sea, this new sword was meant to emulate it's might and significance.
