The Cobalt Depths Mining Company

Based out of the human kingdom of Athenor, the Cobalt Depths Mining Company is one of the largest and wealthiest mining companies on the continent of Imera. While there are many mining companies all throughout Taeva, the Cobalt Depths Company has grown to become of of the leaders of the industry thanks to it's partnership with the Kobolds that live near their area of operations, who've gladly lent their considerable talent at mining in exchange for trade with Athenor.

Structure

Overseer: Title given to whoever's in charge of the Company. The Overseer is responsible for managing the operations of the company, and ensuring that quotas are met.
Treasurer: Title given to whoever's in charge of the Companies finances. The Treasurer is responsible for managing the costs of operations, equipment, and personnel, and advising the Overseer in financial matters.
Foreman: The supervisors of the various mining teams. Each foreman oversees a section of the mines owned by the Company, and is responsible for the miners that work under them. While its holders are predominantly human, this position is open to any Kobolds that are interested.
Miners: The common workforce of the company, the miners go down into the tunnels to extract the material the company needs. This position is occupied by both humans and Kobolds alike.

Public Agenda

The Cobalt Depths Company was first founded to mine cobalt for use in colouring glass and pottery. In the years since, they've expanded their operations to include gem mining, though cobalt remains one of their primary exports.

Assets

The Cobalt Depths Company has access to a variety of mining equipment (pickaxes, hammers, shovels, carts, etc.), as well as bunkhouses where workers can stay while working on site. The Company also has the aid of the local Kobold settlement, who gladly lends miners and tunnel access in exchange for trade.
