Phantobra

Phantobra is a world forged by ancient gods now long forgotten. Throughout the ages, new gods have taken their place, many of whom were mortals that ascended to godhood, either by perseverance, acts of good or evil, and some even through sheer luck.

Phantobra is inhabited by many races, the most prevalent being humans, elves, dwarves, small folk, and orcs.
The Second Conflict of the Gods, a long and brutal conflict that spilled into the mortal realm, marks the beginning of The Third Age. Mortals across the world have become wary of the gods and over the years a distrust, and even fear, towards magic, divine or otherwise, has evolved. This has resulted in magic being outlawed in many nations across the world. With most mortals turning their back on magic, the symbiotic harmony that once existed between the astral plane and the mortal realm is weakening.
Unbeknownst to most, the weakening of the border is causing strange occurrences across the globe.
