The People of the Sun

The guardians and enforcers of the mystical artefact, the Prophecy, the People of the Sun, or AmunRa, are a mysterious organization shrouded in mystery and centuries of conspiracy. Some believe they are an evil cult along the same lines of the Sechi Legion while others believe they are in league with the Sechi Legion. Still others believe them to be spies for the Golan Empire. While many of these conspiracy theories have no basis or evidence, they're not without their merit, as the People of the Sun do hold many secrets, and people with secrets attract controversy.
Most of the time, they refuse to involve themselves in the affairs of common man, another thing which has attracted much controversy. But when they do, they do so to 'enforce' the Prophecy. To make certain that it comes to be. But, while with the power of the Prophecy, they can see many things, there is one thing they can not see. Something which they fear.
The Chosen Ones. People destined to stop the future which the Prophecy predicts. But while they fear the chosen ones, they indeed helped Kairine to defeat Verszagro twenty-five years past, going against the Prophecy. Something which is entirely out of their nature. So it leads one to wonder, are they friend, or are they foe? And what is with their obsession with Verszagro? Why must the return of Verszagro be inevitable? Perhaps they are fixing a mistake which they themselves made twenty-five years ago? We may never know. The truth also is as shrouded in mystery as the People of the Sun are themselves.
