Common Document: A newsletter detailing new events around the 5 kingdoms of the Ukari.
What is it used for: Relaying important information about the surrounding kingdoms.
What is in the document: This could be information about invading forces being spotted, farming planting and harvesting times, droughts, food shortages, military needs, possible extreme weather conditions and amazing finds especially pertaining to the magical crystals found below the surface of the mountain.
How often are the letters sent out: Generally at the beginning of each new month the letters are sent out as the information is gathered over time. Some rare instances where important information is needed immediately throughout the kingdom will facilitate that the newsletter be sent out to the public as needed.

The information for the newsletters is gathered by apprentice librarians living in the different family kingdoms who then send that information to the great library tower to gathered and turned into the newsletters. On the top of the library lies an ancient crystal found in the mines around Mt. Vulmar. The "Librarians" In the Kingdom will gather information from the 5 families of the Ukari Kingdom and create a newsletter with any major updates to the kingdoms. once all relevant information has be acquired the newsletter will be given to the great crystal in where the information will be stored inside of the crystal for later use and then the powers of the crystal will create wind torrents that will send the updated news letters throughout the 5 families updating them on any relevant information.
Once the information has been given to the main leaders of the families and any actions taken the newsletters will be given to the town herald so that the information can also be relayed to the common folk of each kingdom.
The majority of paper is created from the Redwind trees giving the documents a red color.
